Job details:
We operate a growing portfolio of brands across fitness, health, wellness and biohacking. This includes one of the most recognised names in global fitness, a premium gym franchise expanding across India and new health and performance ventures.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can help these brands gain attention, build traction and grow across social media.
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to follow templates. We want a creative person with strong visual judgement who understands how modern social content works. You should know how to turn raw footage and ideas into sharp, engaging content that earns attention and strengthens the brand.
Video editing is a major part of this role, not an occasional requirement. You must understand pacing, hooks, retention, captions, sound and how to create short form content that people continue watching.
You will work across multiple brands with different audiences and identities. The work will move quickly, be published regularly and reach serious audiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
VIDEO EDITING
• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
• Turn raw footage into complete, platform ready content
• Improve pacing, openings, structure and visual flow to strengthen viewer retention
• Add accurate captions, text overlays, music, sound effects, motion graphics and visual emphasis
• Identify weak or unnecessary sections and make confident editorial decisions
• Create different versions, formats and cut downs where required
• Maintain organised project files, footage libraries and final assets
DESIGN
• Design social posts, carousels, campaign creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails and event materials
• Apply each brand’s established identity consistently while keeping the work fresh
• Demonstrate strong judgement in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and imagery
• Adapt creative assets correctly for different platforms and formats
• Produce work that is commercially effective, not simply visually attractive
SOCIAL GROWTH AND CREATIVE THINKING
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to understand the objective behind every piece of content
• Contribute ideas for hooks, visual formats, content series and social trends
• Study strong content in fitness, wellness, lifestyle and performance
• Understand what holds attention and apply those principles intelligently
• Use performance feedback to improve future creative decisions
AI ASSISTED WORKFLOW
• Use appropriate AI tools to improve speed, quality and creative output
• Apply AI for captioning, transcript based editing, image generation, upscaling, audio enhancement, asset creation and workflow efficiency
• Maintain quality control and brand accuracy rather than relying on unreviewed automated output
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• At least one to two years of hands on design and video editing experience, or an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability
• Strong short form video editing skills
• A portfolio containing social media designs and reels that you personally created
• A strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions and viewer retention
• Good knowledge of relevant editing and design software
• Experience with modern AI assisted creative tools, or clear evidence that you can adopt them quickly
• Strong English comprehension and excellent on screen accuracy
• The ability to understand a brief, ask intelligent questions and deliver without constant supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
• Reliable remote working discipline and communication
Formal qualifications are not important. The quality of your work, your judgement and your reliability are what matter.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Consistently strong creative work delivered on time
• Short form content with improved viewer retention and engagement
• Accurate use of brand identities across the portfolio
• Fast execution without careless errors
• Better creative ideas, not simply more output
• The ability to take ownership and improve through performance feedback
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This role can grow into a senior creative or Lead Designer and Editor position as the portfolio and internal creative team expand. Greater responsibility and compensation will be earned through the quality, consistency and commercial impact of the work.
