Role Description The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visual assets and video content that align with SnowZ’s brand and project goals in an on-site, full-time role based in Katwa-I. Day-to-day work includes designing graphics and layouts for digital and print media, developing logos and brand elements, and preparing visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations. The role also involves planning, editing, and assembling video content, including motion graphics, transitions, and basic sound alignment to produce cohesive and engaging stories. The team member will collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand project requirements, translate briefs into creative concepts, and deliver on-time, high-quality outputs. Maintaining organized design files, following brand guidelines, and continuously refining concepts based on feedback are key parts of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content for multiple formats.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print materials.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
- Ability to edit and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the capacity to work from briefs and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
- Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience through a portfolio.
