We are the strategic partner for global icons such as DKNY, Earnshaw, and Lee Cooper London. With a network of 250+ retail touchpoints and a dominant presence on platforms like Tata Cliq Lux, Myntra, and Amazon, we are now installing our in-house marketing capabilities.
The Role
We are looking for our first In-house creative specialist—a hybrid Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can translate the "DNA" of global luxury brands into high-performing digital content. You won't just be executing tasks; you will be the visual voice of Bizotico, responsible for making our international portfolio resonate with the modern Indian consumer.
Core Responsibilities
- High-End Video Editing: Create premium, "scroll-stopping" Reels, Shorts, and Video Ads for Instagram and YouTube. You must be able to edit raw product footage into cinematic stories.
- E-commerce Creative Excellence: Design A+ Content, brand stores, and high-conversion banners for Amazon, Myntra, and Tata Cliq Lux.
- Social Media Design: Develop aesthetic static posts, carousels, and stories that maintain the premium positioning of brands like DKNY and Movado.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly iterate on performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads) to identify winning visual hooks.
- Brand Versatility: Seamlessly switch styles between "Heritage/Classic" (Earnshaw), "High-Fashion" (DKNY), and "Fast Fashion" (Lee Cooper London).
What We’re Looking For
- Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in prevailing software suites such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
- The "Luxury" Eye: A portfolio that demonstrates clean typography, sophisticated color grading, and an understanding of premium lifestyle branding.
- Independence: You are a self-starter. You can take a raw watch sample or a brand style guide and produce a high quality campaign without constant supervision.
- Speed: You understand the pace of e-commerce and can deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines.
