Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content for our magazine while simultaneously managing and growing our digital presence. If you have a passion for design, storytelling, and the startup ecosystem — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce magazine layouts and print-ready visuals using Adobe InDesign
- Develop creative assets including banners, thumbnails, social media graphics, and promotional material
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, suggesting improvements based on insights
- Collaborate closely with the editorial and content team to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on design trends and digital marketing best practices
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0–2 years in Graphic Design and/or Social Media Management
- Required: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Preferred: Working knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media analytics
- Strong visual communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio or samples demonstrating your design work is mandatory
Work Location: Secunderabad / Hyderabad
