Graphic Designer & Digital Marketer

About the Role
GMC Digital is looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Digital Marketer who can turn ideas into engaging designs, content and digital campaigns.
What You'll Do
- 🎨 Create social media posts, banners, pamphlets, icons and promotional creatives
- 🎥 Create and edit Reels, short videos and digital content
- 💡 Develop creative content and campaign ideas
- 📱 Manage and support social media content across platforms
- 📈 Support digital advertising, audience targeting and campaign planning
- 🔍 Track basic campaign performance and suggest improvements
- 🚀 Stay updated with social media trends and new content formats
Must-Have Skills
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
- Basic video editing and Reel creation skills
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Strong creativity and ability to execute ideas independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
Good to Have
- Telugu proficiency or ability to create engaging Telugu content
- Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Copywriting or content creation skills
- E-commerce marketing experience
- Strong portfolio of design/content work
