We're Hiring: Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist
📍 Hyderabad | Full-Time | On-Site
Brilliant Brains is looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can create high-converting ad creatives, social media content, branding assets, brochures, pitch decks, presentations, website creatives, and AI-generated marketing visuals.
What You'll Do
* Design Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media creatives
* Create branding assets, brochures, company profiles, pitch decks, and presentations
* Design website banners, landing page assets, and marketing collateral
* Create AI-powered creative concepts and visual assets using modern AI tools
* Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Video, and Strategy teams
* Maintain premium design standards across multiple brands and campaigns
Requirements
* Strong portfolio of ad creatives, branding, and social media designs
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
* Experience with AI creative tools is a plus
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling
* Agency experience preferred
