Graphic Designer — Website, Gamification and Meta Ads
📍 Jaipur | On-site/Remote | Full-time
We are building a next-gen gamified global cybersecurity platform with the ambition to transform how cybersecurity is learned and impact millions of learners worldwide.
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into high-impact visual experiences across marketing, websites, products and our brand.
This is not a role limited to social media posts or executing predefined designs. We want someone who can think, create and take ownership of visual concepts.
🎯 What You'll Work On
1. Website & Product Visual Assets
- Website and landing-page graphics
- Graphics and visual assets for our learning platform
- CTF and course visuals
- Badges, certificates, achievements and gamification assets
- Icons, illustrations and custom graphics
2. Performance Creative — Meta Ads
- High-impact static ad creatives
- Conversion-focused visual communication
3. Marketing & Social Media Graphics
4. Educational Content Design (Infographics)
5. Brand & Visual Identity
🧠 What We're Looking For
Must have:
- Expert-level Photoshop & Illustrator
- Ability to create AI-generated images with Generative AI
- Excellent typography, composition, hierarchy and color sense
- Ability to design for performance and conversion
- Ability to create custom graphics, illustrations and visual assets
- Ability to work closely with our UI/Product Designer and development team
- FAST EXECUTION without compromising quality
Strong advantage:
- Illustration / icon design
- Gamification design
- Brand identity design
- Motion graphics / animation
- Figma
- Basic UI/UX understanding
🛠️ Tools & Software
Must be highly proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Generative AI Tools (Gemini, MidJourney, etc.)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): After Effects or similar.
