About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong social media and video editing capabilities to support the marketing initiatives of our group brands — KPI, Vantheon, and infithra.
The role will primarily focus on creating high-quality digital creatives across social media, campaigns, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business messaging into visually engaging content suited for a modern B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing videos
- Create campaign creatives, banners, presentations, and digital assets
- Support website and landing page visual requirements when needed
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communications
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Adapt creatives for different platforms, formats, and audiences
- Stay updated with current design, motion, and social media trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related tools
- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar motion design tools preferred
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within timelines
- Experience working with B2B brands preferred
