About the RoleWe are building a premium food & beverage brand with a strong emphasis on design, storytelling, and product experience. We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with demonstrated expertise in packaging design and brand-led digital content.
This role sits at the core of our brand-building efforts and requires a balance of creative excellence, technical precision, and execution speed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Label Design
- Conceptualize and execute packaging systems across product lines (bottles, cartons, pouches)
- Develop print-ready artwork aligned with dielines, material constraints, and production standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (including FSSAI labeling norms)
- Collaborate closely with packaging vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output
Brand Identity & Visual Systems
- Translate brand strategy into a consistent and elevated visual language
- Refine typography, color systems, and layout frameworks across SKUs
- Maintain brand integrity across all physical and digital touchpoints
Digital & Social Media Content
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and product launches
- Create visually compelling assets aligned with brand positioning
- Support content velocity while maintaining design quality
Candidate ProfileEssential
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on packaging (F&B / FMCG preferred)
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality label and packaging work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and premium design aesthetics
- Working knowledge of print production processes (CMYK, bleed, dielines, finishes)
Preferred
- Experience in beverage or premium consumer brands
- Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video content
- Exposure to brand system development or multi-SKU product environments
