Reports To: Global Product Marketing Director
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling A+ rich media content for both new and existing IT infrastructure products. You will collaborate closely with e-commerce content managers and be an integral part of the global product marketing team, helping to elevate our brand presence across digital marketplaces.
What you will be doing:
- Design and develop A+ content and enhanced brand content (EBC) for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, CDW).
- Create visually engaging product imagery, infographics, comparison charts, and banners using both custom designs and pre-approved templates.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, product messaging, and platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with content managers, product marketers, and copywriters to translate product features into compelling visual stories.
- Optimize graphics for web performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce design trends, platform updates, and best practices.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or product marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing A+ content, EBC, or similar rich media designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with other design software is a plus.
- Experience designing within templates as well as creating original layouts from scratch.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and their content requirements (Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and design guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT or technology-related products.
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
