Role: Graphic Designer + Social Media Associate
This is a hybrid creative role combining:
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation
- Basic Video/Reel Editing
You’ll work directly with the founding team to create content that feels modern, bold, and internet-native.
What You’ll Do
Design
- Create posters, carousels, banners, presentations, and event creatives
- Design content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website, and offline branding
- Maintain a premium and modern visual identity
Social Media
- Plan and post content across platforms
- Write engaging captions and content hooks
- Stay updated with trends in tech, startups, AI, and creator culture
- Assist in creating and editing reels/short-form videos
Creative Support
- Help during bootcamps, workshops, and offline events
- Brainstorm campaign ideas with the team
- Execute fast-turnaround content when required
Skills Required
- Strong Canva skills (mandatory)
- Basic Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma knowledge is a plus
- Basic reel or short-form video editing skills
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content
- Good visual taste and typography sense
- Fast learner with strong execution mindset
Preferred
- Prior experience handling social media pages
- Portfolio, Behance, or Instagram page preferred
- Interest in startups, tech, AI, and internet culture
- Someone proactive, creative, and ambitious
Work Details
- Full-time role
- Work From Office – Hyderabad
- Monday to Saturday
