Graphic Design & Video Editor Intern
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Goodside Beauty. You will work directly with the Founder, moving seamlessly between strategy, execution, and creative building. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building brands from day one, and want real ownership - not observation - this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets (static + video) for social media, campaigns, and product launches
- Create short-form video content (Reels, ads, brand videos) including editing, transitions, sound, and storytelling
- Work closely with the Founder and marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual content
- Develop creatives using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, and AI design tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.)
- Maintain visual consistency and brand aesthetics across all touchpoints
- Assist in concept development, moodboarding, and creative direction for campaigns
Ideal qualification
- Strong interest in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling, especially in the beauty/lifestyle space
- Proficient in design and editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Good understanding of social media content formats and trends (Reels, TikTok-style edits, etc.)
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and composition
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick iterations
- Proactive, self-driven, and open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of AI tools for design/content creation is a plus
