Role Description
We're looking for a creative self-starter who's passionate about video storytelling and visual content. Whether you're a college student looking for real-world experience, a freelancer building your portfolio, or someone working toward running your own creative business — this role is built for you.
This is a part-time, flexible engagement. You won't be clocking long hours, but you will be working on content that goes live, gets real views, and comes with real feedback on what's working and what isn't.
What you'll work on
- Video editing: clean cuts, smooth transitions, B-roll integration, on-screen text, and pacing that keeps viewers hooked
- YouTube long-form videos and short-form Reels
- Thumbnails that drive clicks
- Carousels and static creatives for LinkedIn
What we're looking for
- Strong sense of pacing, flow, and visual storytelling
- Ability to edit for social platforms, you understand what makes someone stop scrolling
- Comfortable with thumbnails and basic graphic design (carousels, text overlays)
- Consistent and reliable with delivery, the expectation is a steady cadence of YouTube videos and daily Reels
- Bonus if you also bring copywriting instincts or an eye for narrative structure, but video editing is the core skill we need
