Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves creating visual assets for marketing materials, property listings, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media that align with The Key’s brand identity. The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and advisory teams to develop layouts, infographics, and promotional graphics that effectively communicate property features and investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include designing logos and branding elements for projects, editing and enhancing images of properties, and preparing print and digital collateral. The role also requires maintaining organized design files, ensuring consistency across all visual content, and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including composition, color, and typography.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities for projects.
- Proficiency in Image Editing for property photos and marketing visuals.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).
- Ability to translate marketing and real estate concepts into clear, appealing visual content.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or professional services design is an advantage.
