Graphic Design Specialist
Band: BPO 3 (Up to ₹9 LPA)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual assets that strengthen and maintain the organization’s brand identity. This role involves designing branding materials such as icons, infographics, templates, and video-based assets using advanced creative tools. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
Education & Certifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new design tools and platforms.
Preferred
• One or more of the following certifications or experiences:
Certification in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Training or certification in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with web content management systems and tools such as Synthesia.
• Additional training in branding, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Knowledge & Experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and digital design standards.
• Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and motion graphics.
• Ability to produce high-quality visuals for digital, web, social media, and presentation platforms.
• High level of creativity combined with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop branding elements, including icons, infographics, templates, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce video-based branding content using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to create engaging visual content for campaigns and internal communications.
• Optimize visual assets and videos for multiple platforms, including web, social media, and presentations.
• Develop branding-compliant templates, graphics, and motion design assets.
• Create and enhance marketing collateral such as banners, icons, and promotional visuals.
• Contribute to website content, newsletters, and other promotional materials where required.
• Stay up to date with design trends, creative technologies, and branding best practices to continuously enhance visual output.
