Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a graphic design specialist, based in Hyderabad. The graphic design specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos and branding assets, and performing image editing. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative designs that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies, maintaining a consistent visual identity, and contributing to the development of creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality social media creatives and campaign visuals
• Create posters, banners, brochures, and marketing materials
• Design case study layouts and presentation graphics
• Produce short promotional videos for social media
• Edit long-form videos for marketing campaigns
• Create motion graphics and simple animations
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Work independently and deliver creative content within deadlines
Required Skills
Strong understanding of visual design principles, layouts, typography, and branding.
Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Filmora or any other video software
Additional skills like animation, motion graphics, or video storytelling will be a plus.
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years of practical design experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks
• Passion for digital content creation
