Budget: ₹25,000 - ₹60,000 INR/monthly

Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design.
• Work closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs.
• Ensure UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices.
• Present and explain creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva.
• Enhance and retouch images to improve clarity, color balance, sharpness, and overall quality.
• Convert low-resolution visuals into high-resolution or print-ready formats where required.
• Resize, optimize, and export images for web, social media, and print while maintaining quality.
• Make routine design updates and revisions based on internal feedback.
• Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and source files systematically.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently and meet routine deadlines.
• Design and enhance pitch decks and investor presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
• Create visually consistent slide layouts, charts, icons, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and professionally articulate ideas and engage confidently with clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
• Experience in brand strategy and visual identity development.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
• Prior work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
