Internship Growth Path
Phase 1 (Months 1–3)
- Structured Graphic Design & Social Media Marketing Training
- Work on real startup projects and campaigns
- Build a strong design portfolio
- Unpaid / Revenue Sharing (30%)
Phase 2 (Month 4-6 – Performance Based Promotion)
- Paid Probation
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
- Revenue Sharing: 20%
Phase 3 (Month 7+ Long-Term Opportunity)
- Full-Time Role
- Position: Graphic Designer / Social Media Marketing Executive
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
- Revenue Sharing: 5% of team revenue
Work Details
- Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
- Time Commitment: 1–2 hours/day (Flexible)
