About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Design Team Lead to manage and mentor a high-performing team of graphic designers. You won't just delegate, you'll roll up your sleeves on critical scenarios while bringing the process maturity and corporate design sensibility to elevate output across branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers (including work allocation, reviews, and career development)
- Own brand consistency across all touchpoints : pitch decks, social media, partner-facing materials, event collateral, and digital campaigns
- Hands-on design execution for high-stakes deliverables (C-suite presentations, partner branding, campaign visuals)
- Establish and refine design workflows, QC standards, and turnaround processes
- Collaborate closely with marketing, GTM, and leadership teams to translate business goals into visual strategy
- Champion AI-powered design tools and drive continued adoption within the team
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior designer role managing 4+ designers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate branding, visual identity systems, and marketing collateral, not just aesthetics, but strategic design thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with AI design tools
- Proven ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple stakeholders, and maintain quality under pressure
- Experience in a B2B / tech / consulting environment is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills - you can present a design rationale to non-design stakeholders confidently
