About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Design Lead who understands how modern brands build strong visual identities and create content that captures attention. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong design thinking with hands-on execution across digital, social, and brand communication channels.
You’ll own the visual language of the brand, lead creative execution across campaigns, and ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints
• Lead creative development and execution for social media, website, performance marketing creatives, packaging, emailers, and campaigns
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in communication design
• Create compelling visual concepts for product launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, growth, content, and product teams
• Lead end-to-end design execution from concept to delivery
• Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects while meeting timelines
• Identify emerging design trends and visual storytelling opportunities
• Review and elevate creative quality across all outputs
• Mentor and guide junior designers/freelancers where required
What We're Looking For
• 6–7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design roles
• Strong portfolio across branding, social media, digital campaigns, and storytelling
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design systems
• Experience creating high-performing digital creatives
• Ability to think conceptually while also being execution-focused
• Experience in D2C, food, wellness, lifestyle, or startup ecosystems preferred
Bonus Points
• Experience with motion graphics/video editing tools
• Experience with packaging design and print creatives
• Experience managing small creative teams or agencies
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
