Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. The role focuses on creating static and digital creatives for social media, marketing, and branding purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, and reels covers
Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and presentations
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements
Develop visual concepts based on briefs and timelines
Edit and optimize images for digital use
Prepare design files for print and digital publishing
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
Ability to translate ideas and briefs into effective visuals
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of video thumbnails, reel creatives, or motion graphics
Portfolio showcasing social media and branding work
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Design quality and brand alignment
Timely delivery of creatives
Feedback and approval turnaround time
Engagement performance of designed creatives
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
