Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern (UI/UX) who understands not just how things look, but how things work. If you can design scroll-stopping creatives and also think in terms of user journeys, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Design high-converting creatives for ads, social media, and campaigns
Assist in UI/UX design for landing pages, funnels, and websites
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Work closely with the performance team to design conversion-focused assets
Understand user behavior and translate it into design decisions
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity
Tools You Should Know -
Figma (mandatory)
Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Basic understanding of prototyping tools
Bonus: Canva, After Effects, Webflow basics
What We Are Looking For -
Strong design sense including layout, typography, and color
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Interest in marketing, psychology, and user behavior
Portfolio (academic or personal projects are fine)
Bonus Points -
Experience designing landing pages or ad creatives
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Motion graphics or video editing
