We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer Intern (0–1 Year)
Location: Barakhamba, New Delhi
Type: Full-Time / Internship
We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just use tools, but thinks visually. Someone who pays attention to detail, understands typography and color, and knows that good design is not just aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for paid ads across Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms
- Create social media content including posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels
- Develop emailers, banners, and campaign visuals
- Design product creatives, lifestyle images, and infographics for e-commerce
- Contribute to landing pages and website visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into effective designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
- Iterate based on performance data and A/B testing
- Organize and manage creative assets
- Stay updated with design trends in D2C and e-commerce
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic After Effects
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing original work
- Understanding of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of performance-driven design (CTR, engagement)
Good to Have:
- Experience with Canva or CapCut
- Exposure to D2C or e-commerce brands
