Women in Product Marketing™ (WIPM) is a global, non-profit community dedicated to empowering women in product marketing to lead, learn, and rise. With over 2,800 LinkedIn members spanning 30+ cities worldwide, WIPM provides masterclasses, AI buildathons, in-person meetups, and mentorship opportunities to address challenges in the product marketing landscape.
Role Description
The Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and refining design materials to support WIPM's branding and content strategy. Daily tasks include designing graphics, Instagram posts, stories, and Reel covers that don’t look like every other Canva template, event collateral, newsletter visuals, enhancing branding elements, and editing images to create cohesive visuals that align with the organization’s values and mission. The Intern will actively collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to produce high-quality designs to support digital and print initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong understanding of visual concepts and layouts
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to create unique, impactful designs that represent the organization
- Skills in Image and Video Editing with attention to detail and creativity
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a passion for supporting women's professional growth in product marketing
- Current enrollment or recent completion of a relevant degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar fields
