Company Description Troop Media is a boutique marketing agency built for brands that want to be felt, not just seen. We craft stories, strategies, and systems that help brands connect authentically with their audiences — and move them to stay. With a small, passionate team, we work closely and intentionally, whether over coffee or in the thick of a campaign sprint.
Role Description We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern who's eager to make real work — not just mockups. You'll create social media visuals, logos, branding materials, and ad creatives tailored across channels, and contribute to brand books and visual identity systems. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, giving you direct, hands-on access to the creative process from day one.
What You'll Bring
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and a strong foundation in graphic design
- Experience (or genuine curiosity) in social media and brand visual identity
- Solid image editing skills — retouching, compositing, optimization
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Familiarity with AI design tools is a bonus
- The ability to translate a half-formed idea into something people stop scrolling for
- Strong collaboration instincts and an organized, proactive approach
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a design program
- A portfolio that shows us how you think, not just what you've made
