SpaceMatters also designs commercial and residential spaces for major corporate clients, including Titan, DLF Retail, and Jindal Steel. Habitat research, with a focus on environmental, socio-economic, technical, and cultural dimensions of the built environment, is central to the practice, supported by collaborations with leading universities and research institutions in India and abroad.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Intern role based in New Delhi. The Graphic Design Intern will support the design team in developing visual concepts and assets for Portfolio, Website and Social Media posts. The intern will also help with image editing, organizing visual libraries, and ensuring consistency with SpaceMatters’ visual identity across all design outputs. Collaboration with architects, researchers, and communication teams will be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using standard design and photo-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, follow design guidelines, and meet deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
- Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and a portfolio showcasing relevant academic, freelance, or internship projects.
