Graphic Designer Intern – Job Description
Duration - 06 Months (Fulltime Internship)
Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in designing creatives for internal and external communication
● Support the creation of training decks, social media graphics, emailers, and event-related materials
● Work closely with the operations and learning teams to understand design requirements
● Create clean, on-brand visuals while maintaining consistency across all assets
● Edit existing templates, images, and presentations as needed
● Brainstorm visual ideas and contribute to creative discussions
● Maintain and organize the design asset library for easy access
● Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, including:
- Generating visual concepts and design variations
- Assisting in image editing, background removal, and enhancements
- Speeding up repetitive design tasks and production work
● Experiment with AI-driven design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to support creative output
● Stay updated with emerging AI design trends and tools and suggest improvements to existing workflows
What We’re Looking For:
● Basic proficiency in Canva or any other design tool (Figma/Photoshop is a plus)
● Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design
● Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into simple, clean designs
● Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take feedback
● Ability to manage multiple design requests and deliver within timelines
● Basic understanding or curiosity towards AI tools in design
● Ability to write simple prompts and use AI tools to assist creative output
● Openness to experimenting with new technologies and integrating them into daily work
