What is Raaz?
1 in 4 men suffer from some kind of sexual or reproductive dysfunction but quality care for the problem is limited in India. At Raaz, we are building India’s first AI-enabled and doctor-led male reproductive health platform that offers evidence-based personalised treatment plans to address the least-talked about problems in the most holistic manner. Why are we building Raaz?
Julian Simon’s words that individuals are the ultimate resource with the potential to make any other resource more plentiful have never rang truer than they do today. The rapid decline in fertility rates across the world is a cause of deep disarray to those of us who believe in abundance and human flourishing. It’s even more concerning for India as it risks becoming old before it becomes rich. Building Raaz is our small attempt at reversing that and helping couples have children through innovative reproductive health solutions while upholding individual choice.
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our design and marketing team. Based on our brand book, you’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media platforms, digital ads, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands on experience in branding, digital marketing design, and creative content production
Requirements
• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, reels, stories, and ads across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, banners and website. Assist in developing brand-consistent creative guidelines and templates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful designs.
• Research design trends, competitors’ creatives, and new styles for digital storytelling.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and optimize for different platforms.
Pre-requisites
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar tools (Figma, Canva).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to create designs optimized for digital and social platforms.
• Motion graphics / video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
