About the Company
Pointo is India’s only battery circular supply chain company working towards transitioning energy demand across India with high quality batteries. The company is working towards distribution of batteries across all lifecycle in the ecosystem. Be it an Electric 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler or a residential, Pointo batteries always provide the required energy demand for the customers. In future Pointo plans to recycle the huge waste from batteries and recycle it into new batteries with minimal cost and reduce the dependency of import in India. Presently Pointo is present across 6 states and is rapidly expanding into 10 more states across Pan India. With a 30X Y-o-Y growth and 20% market share in the domain, Pointo is enroute to becoming a leader in the Lithium battery segment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist in designing banners, flex prints, brochures, and digital ads.
- Create engaging graphics, GIFs, and short animations for various platforms.
- Support the team in UI/UX design for digital assets (if applicable).
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and follow Pointo's visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is a plus.
