Pinnacle Growth Consulting (PGC) is an AI-enabled eCommerce and D2C growth consultancy managing 70+ brands across 13 Amazon marketplaces globally. We work with consumer brands across beauty, healthcare, travel, food, and lifestyle categories, delivering everything from marketplace growth strategy to full-funnel content and creative. We also build Pinnaclegrowth.ai, our proprietary AI-powered Amazon Ads automation platform.
As a Graphic Design Intern at PGC, you will create real work for real brands from day one, with direct mentorship from our design and content leadership.
What You Will Do
• Design creatives for PGC , including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook posts, carousels, and stories.
• Create Amazon marketplace assets such as A+ Content layouts, listing images, and infographics under senior guidance.
• Support pitch decks, sales collateral, brochures, and brand documents with clean, on-brand layouts.
• Adapt master creatives across formats and sizes while maintaining brand guidelines for multiple clients.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, and account teams to deliver assets on deadline.
• Maintain organised design files and follow feedback and revision cycles professionally.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Prior internship experience in graphic design is mandatory (agency, brand, or startup).
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite ,Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Video Editing & AI Tools: video editing and creative production skills using tools like Canva and AI tools such as Nano Banana
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, branding, or marketing design work.
• Design Sense: Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple briefs, take feedback constructively, and deliver on deadlines.
• Availability: Available to work full-time, on-site from our Noida Sector 62 office for the full 3-month duration.
Good to Have
• Experience designing for eCommerce or D2C brands (Amazon listings, ads, marketplace creatives).
• Exposure to motion graphics or animated social posts.
• Familiarity with other AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma, or similar).
