About Phenora
Phenora is a fast-growing home and personal care brand focused on creating safe, effective, and nature-inspired products. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can help build a premium brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design product labels, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Create social media creatives, reels thumbnails, banners, and advertisements.
- Design Amazon, Blinkit, and e-commerce listing images.
- Develop brochures, flyers, standees, posters, and other print materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Edit product photos and create mockups.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI design tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of packaging and print design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and basic video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney.
- Experience designing for FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce brands.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Work Mode: On-site (Lucknow) / Hybrid
- Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation on successful completion.
- High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Full-Time Graphic Designer
- Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply)
- Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience.
