Role Description The Graphic Design Intern is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting the visual identity and user experience of Penspace across digital touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for the app, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations, as well as assisting with logo variations, layout design, and brand asset development. The intern will collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas and copy into clear, engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Additional tasks may include preparing files for different formats, organizing asset libraries, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products and marketing materials.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to support and extend existing brand systems.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and basic visual optimization for web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh, user-centered creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating relevant design work; formal design studies or courses are a plus.
- Comfort working remotely, communicating clearly in English, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
