ROLE OVERVIEW
AaoStays is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual design and the ability to create engaging graphics for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
This role offers hands-on experience in branding, digital design, and social media marketing within a fast-paced startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and digital promotions
• Create posters, banners, and promotional creatives for brand communication
• Assist in designing website graphics and digital marketing assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign visuals
• Ensure all designs follow AaoStays’ brand identity and visual guidelines
• Create thumbnails, reel covers, and visual assets for social media content
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
REQUIREMENTS
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software
• Strong creativity and visual design skills
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Familiarity with social media design formats and trends
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for graphic design, branding, and digital marketing
