As a Graphic Designer (Integrated) – Lead (you will lead the execution of integrated creative assets across print, digital, and presentation formats, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency across campaigns. You will translate complex briefs into structured design solutions, guide team members, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong design thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership of end-to-end creative execution.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to
- Attention to detail with the ability to apply style and brand guidelines consistently and accurately over a range of executions for both print and digital media.
- Idea generation and layout development of advertising material (both digital and print)
- Responsible for the final artwork and format adaptation of layouts according to CI specifications for print and online advertising material.
- Familiarize with a wide range of topics and independently maintain the content according to customer requirements.
- Making sure quality assurance of advertising materials is met as per standard
- Compliance with the existing CI guidelines of the customer
- Carry out colour corrections and retouching as well as digital compositing (Photoshop).
- As part of the entire pre-press process, create all data (profile adjustments, proofing, colour management, PDF/X creation and checking, data provision, and quality assurance)
This may be the right role for you if you have
- 8-12 years of experience in digital ad agency/ print production with a design qualification
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end campaign execution
- Solid graphic design skills and an eye for composition for both print and digital deliverables
- Advanced understanding of advertising print deliverables and procedures involved in serving ads in various digital media platforms.
- Strong capability in UI/UX systems and design frameworks
- Proficiency in the Adobe creative suite, PowerPoint/Google Slides and Figma
- Effectively communicate remotely and work to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Effectively handle the large volume of multiple creative projects or tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create PowerPoint presentations, translating healthcare data and insights into clear, visually compelling narratives
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary creative teams that handle high-volume requests
- Good verbal and written communication
- Confident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptable
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment to build and foster a collaborative environment
- Manage a team of production artists/ artworks of both print and digital from start to final deliverables.
- Will be responsible for preparing mechanicals for final output.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for automation and workflow optimization
- Must be highly organized.
