Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Graphic Design and Video Editing Online Tutor. The tutor will design and deliver structured online lessons covering graphic design principles, video production workflows, video editing techniques, motion graphics, and color grading. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, creating demo projects, conducting live virtual classes, and providing one-on-one guidance and feedback to learners. The role also involves assessing learner progress, updating curriculum content to align with industry trends and software updates, and collaborating with the team to enhance training resources and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including planning, shooting (or working with provided footage), and post-production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual style, consistency, and overall quality of video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics for creating animated elements, titles, and visual effects suitable for digital marketing and educational content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics, including layout, typography, and visual design for digital media and instructional materials.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in design or media-related subjects, either online or in person, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in graphic design, media production, animation, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage class schedules reliably, and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
