About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic & Website Designer to join our dynamic team in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, on a hybrid work basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a rapidly growing healthtech ecosystem. You will work directly with the leadership team to translate ideas into compelling visual assets across multiple products and brands. Your designs will play a crucial role in engaging users, driving conversions, and establishing Dentulu’s presence in the digital health landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website and product UI/UX design, with a keen eye for modern, clean, and premium aesthetics.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in graphic design and website/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD is essential. A solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles, especially in designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, and healthcare workflows, is required. Experience in designing for conversion, along with a strong portfolio showcasing website and product design, is mandatory. Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience in healthtech, fintech, or AI products, as well as familiarity with frontend workflows like React and Tailwind CSS.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting websites and landing pages that effectively communicate our brand and product offerings.
- Create engaging brand assets, social media creatives, and marketing visuals to support our marketing strategies.
- Work on product UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design interfaces for AI products, dashboards, and healthcare workflows to facilitate user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with developers, especially those working with React, Tailwind, and other frontend frameworks, to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Transform rough ideas and concepts into clean, modern, and production-ready designs that align with our brand standards.
- Maintain and update consistent design systems across multiple platforms and products to ensure brand coherence and usability.
