About the role

Support the Customer Success team in daily operations Support in planning and preparing customer meetings such as Business Reviews and projects such as case studies Coordinate and manage customer support tickets internally Conduct customer analyses such as NPS campaigns to identify areas for improvement Create and maintain training materials and support documentation Helping to handle invoicing and related administrative tasks Assist in optimising and further developing processes in Customer Success Evaluate and recommend tools for customer success operations Implement and manage tools for measuring and tracking OKRs
