Post-Award Administration Support grant record-keeping, track reporting deadlines, and help prepare progress updates and compliance documentation for active awards. Stakeholder & Partner Research Maintain a list of potential academic and industry collaborators that could strengthen future grant applications. Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field — biology, chemistry, engineering, business, science communication, or similar Some exposure to scientific or technical writing (coursework, research projects, or prior experience) is beneficial Familiarity with grant processes or research funding is a bonus, but not required — we'll teach you Skills Strong written communication — You write clearly and concisely, and you're willing to redraft until it's right. Research skills — Comfortable conducting desk research, synthesising information from multiple sources, and presenting findings in a structured way. Attention to detail — Accurate, thorough, and careful — especially when working with deadlines, eligibility requirements, and compliance documents.
