The Sales Lead Coordinator manages the sales lead process from the first inquiry, to scheduling, and all the way through to tracking follow-ups from the sales team. The Sales Lead Coordinator will work closely with the sales manager to drive company initiatives and create an environment where every department is engaged, incentivized, and focused on reaching their sales goals. This is an in-office position at 58 Hospital Street in Carbondale, PA.
Sales Lead Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and schedule estimates in a timely manner
- Schedule and track sales leads from technicians
- Train service technicians on the process, systems, and procedures to ensure effective lead turnover
- Match the right Comfort Consultant for the lead based on complimentary personalities, knowledge base, and mutual interests
- Learn and be able to effectively share information about product offerings
- Work with the Sales Manager and General Manager to ensure sales processes are being followed with proper communication
- Communicate with all department managers to ensure efficient lead follow-ups throughout the entire sales process
- Monitor sales performance and address issues when necessary
- Contribute ideas, offers, and opportunities to generate increased sales, efficiency, and profitability
- Have an inspiring attitude and ability to create a motivating environment

Sales Lead Coordinator Qualifications:
