•          Post high school secretarial education and experience desirable.

•          Experience in school setting preferred.

•          Experience with Accounts Receivable & Cash Handling preferred

•         Word Processing, data management and computer skills such as using Window, Synergy, Schools Open and EZ Care.

•          Ability to organize, prioritize clerical and daily work assignments.

•          Possess polite, efficient and effective telephone and receptionist communication skills.

•          Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

•         Ability to work independently; self-motivated and aligned with District performance expectations.

•          Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
