About the role

Sun Valley Resort is seeking a reliable and professional Laundry Driver to join our Laundry Department. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of linens between resort properties, while supporting the laundry team with operational tasks during non-driving hours. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, follow strict vehicle safety standards, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our state-of-the-art laundry facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Transport clean and soiled linens between resort locations using company vehicles.
Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, folding, and organizing linens, during non-driving hours.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; check tire pressure, fluid levels, and cleanliness of assigned vehicle; refuel as needed.
Document and report any vehicle damage, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly to management.
Follow all company safety procedures, vehicle operation standards, and dress code requirements.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other departments.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies at all times.
Uphold Sun Valley Resort's standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver’s license
Previous experience driving company vehicles or delivery trucks is preferred.
Ability to speak basic English to understand instructions and communicate with team members.
Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching.
Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
