About the role

Grammarly is looking for a Manager, Workplace Experience to join our People team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and leading Grammarly's workplace experience program, ensuring our offices and remote work environments are compelling, inclusive, and productive. You will work closely with our Facilities, People Operations, and Culture teams to design and execute strategic initiatives that elevate the day-to-day experience of Grammarly employees. What you'll do: - Design and oversee Grammarly's workplace experience program, including office amenities, employee perks, events, and other programs that foster a positive, collaborative work environment - Partner with Facilities and People Operations teams to identify and implement improvements to our physical offices and remote work setups - Collaborate with the Culture team to create and execute programs that build community and engage employees - Analyze usage data, employee feedback, and industry trends to continuously optimize the workplace experience - Champion a commitment to inclusion, belonging, and employee wellbeing across all workplace experience initiatives - Manage a small team of coordinators and specialists to execute on the workplace experience strategy What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience leading workplace experience, facilities, or people operations teams - Proven ability to design and execute engaging, inclusive programs and events that foster a positive, productive work environment - Strong project management and program implementation skills, with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization - Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through your work - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree in relevant field a plus - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in workplace experience and employee engagement - Passion for Grammarly's mission and excitement to contribute to our growing global team This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from our San Francisco office or remotely within the United States.
