Staffing Sales & Marketing Manager

The Staffing Sales & Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote position (8am to 5pm EST, with one hour of breaks daily). This role combines outbound sales responsibilities with strategic marketing leadership to drive growth in Graham Inc.'s staffing and sign language services. This leader will engage in full-cycle B2B sales—including outreach, presentations, and closing new business—while also overseeing branding, lead generation, digital campaigns, and marketing content to expand visibility and grow client relationships. The role supports placements of temporary employees, temp-to-perm professionals, and direct hires across a broad range of industries, as well as American Sign Language (ASL) services for clients with accessibility needs.
