Job Summary:

The Construction Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Project Management Team by providing essential administrative and project coordination throughout project execution and close-out. This position ensures accurate project documentation, and clear communication among all stakeholders while assisting with daily operations to keep projects on track in a fast-paced construction environment.



 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and distribute project-related communications in a timely and professional manner

Project Documentation

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files (digital and physical)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute follow-ups

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Set up and assist with hybrid/virtual meetings, including presentation support

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) 
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint preferred 
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus 
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology, processes, and documentation workflows 

Education

  • High school diploma required 
  • Associate’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field preferred 

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience supporting construction or engineering projects

Salary Description
$65,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience
