Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, E&I, Mechanical, or related field
Experience: 1–5 years preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for Technical Support Technicians to support internal production issues and external field complaints. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, service coordination, and helping ensure smooth technical closure of issues during manufacturing and after dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Support resolution of technical issues during production, assembly, testing, and dispatch
- Attend field complaints and support fault diagnosis, corrective action, and closure
- Assist in root cause analysis for technical failures and recurring issues
- Coordinate with project, production, quality, and R&D teams for issue resolution
- Maintain service records, complaint logs, test records, and closure reports
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required
- Ensure adherence to safety and standard operating procedures
Required Skills
- Good troubleshooting skills in electrical/electronic systems
- Ability to use multimeter, clamp meter, basic testing instruments, and hand tools
- Understanding of wiring, panels, assemblies, and basic drawings
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel for field support when required
Preferred
- Experience in power electronics, control panels, industrial equipment, UPS, ATS, inverter, or similar products
- Exposure to customer complaint handling and service support
