Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven freshers to join our team as Business Development Managers (Calling). This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in EdTech sales, build strong communication skills, and grow with a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls to understand their educational needs and career goals.
- Counsel leads on the courses and programs offered by Outlook Edu Services and guide them toward suitable options.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching the value of our programs.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and target achievement.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and comfort with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
