Responsibilities
- A Management Trainee is a professional in a structured training program designed to prepare them for a permanent role within the company.
- The trainee will participate in a series of rotations across various departments to gain exposure to different business processes and functions.
- Key responsibilities include assisting teams with daily tasks, learning essential operational skills, and applying theoretical knowledge in a practical work environment.
- The program is designed to develop a broad understanding of the company's operations and to prepare the individual for leadership or specialized roles through project-based learning.
Qualification
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration in team-oriented environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical ideas.
