We are looking for a Graduate Trainee – Technology & Solutions who can grow with us across technology development, product support, data, AI, databases and technical learning.
This is not purely a teaching role.
You will be expected to:
Learn → Build → Test → Support → Explain
You may work on SkillsNCR's internal platforms, student-facing applications, assessments, automation, data systems, AI-enabled solutions and technical learning programs.
You are not expected to know everything on Day 1. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity, ownership and the ability to learn quickly.
What You Will Work On
Depending on your strengths and business requirements, you may work across:
- SQL and databases
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Python
- Data analysis
- Data engineering fundamentals

You are not required to be an expert in all these areas.
Build & Technology
- Help build and improve SkillsNCR technology solutions.
- Work on internal tools, dashboards, applications and automation.
- Write and maintain SQL queries.
- Work with databases and datasets.
- Build small applications, scripts and utilities.
- Support integrations between systems and APIs.
- Experiment with AI and Generative AI use cases.
- Assist in developing AI-enabled learning and assessment solutions.
- Contribute to product enhancements and new features.
- Document technical workflows and solutions.
Testing & Support
- Test new features before release.
- Identify bugs and reproduce technical issues.
- Help troubleshoot application, database and user issues.
- Support students, trainers and internal teams when they face technical problems.
- Maintain issue logs and track resolutions.
- Help improve the reliability and usability of SkillsNCR platforms.
- Work with the team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Learning & Training
As your technical capability develops, you may also:
- Help students during practical labs.
- Explain SQL, Python, databases, AI and related topics.
- Create exercises and technical assignments.
- Review student projects.
- Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions.
- Support technical assessments.
- Mentor students on projects and problem solving.
Teaching responsibilities will depend on your strengths and will grow gradually with your technical experience.
Who Should Apply
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have completed BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE or an equivalent technology degree.
- Are a fresher or have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
- Have basic programming knowledge.
- Understand the fundamentals of SQL, databases or software development.
- Are interested in Data, AI, Cloud or software technologies.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Are comfortable learning new tools independently.
- Can communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable helping others understand technical concepts.
- Are willing to work full-time from Gurugram.
- Are comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
