We are seeking Customer Service Representative (US Clients) to support Revenue Cycle Management operations. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity involving voice-based interactions with US insurance companies, AR follow-ups, and system documentation.

Selected candidates will receive structured training and gain hands-on exposure to US healthcare insurance processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies
  • Perform AR follow-ups on medical claim status and payments
  • Accurately update systems with call details and claim information
  • Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
  • Work in US night shift schedules


Required Qualifications

  • Any graduate (freshers welcome)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and comprehension)
  • Willingness to work in US night shifts
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment
