Role Description The Graduate Sales Trainee will support day-to-day sales operations, including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. This full-time, on-site role in Koyilandy involves assisting with in-store and online sales activities, maintaining product displays, tracking orders, and supporting promotional campaigns. The trainee will learn and apply sales techniques, participate in training sessions, and help prepare sales reports and basic documentation. The role also includes collaborating with senior sales staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving minor issues, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Over time, the Graduate Sales Trainee is expected to build strong product knowledge and develop the skills needed to manage their own customer portfolio.

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Customer Service skills to provide courteous support, handle inquiries, and assist with problem resolution.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, present product options, and support closing sales.
- Interest in Training and continuous learning to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Basic Sales Management awareness to assist in tracking sales activities and supporting team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Koyilandy, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using computers, mobile apps, and basic e-commerce platforms; prior retail or internship experience is an advantage.
